You should aim to have incentives for achieving certain goals. . For example, with dispatch rider's if they do 'X' amount of deliveries a week, they get a certain amount. You should ensure the incentive agreed upon can be sustained and will not affect the business. . For in-house staff, you can access their performance through appraisals. An example of incentives for staff is 'the employee of the month' tag which can come with or without a little mini treat.
