See eh, in our years of experience, we have learnt that you cannot be all things to all people. You need to draw the line when it comes to things that do not work well with your operations.

Still wondering what we are talking about, let me break it down:

You know that delivering iced cakes via bikes is a bad idea but you still take it on and end up delivering squashed cakes which you end up paying for as your agreement with the baker was not that her cake will be delivered squashed.

You constantly take on timed deliveries even though you know you do not have the capacity to fulfil the orders.

You agree to collect cash on behalf of you customers for their products without having a process in place to be able to reconcile accounts and always end up telling long stories as to why their money is incomplete at the end of the month.

THIS IS CAUSED BY NOT SETTING BOUNDARIES!!!!

Learn to say No when necessary! Know what works for your business and what will cost you more than you are putting in.
