 Weekly meetings with all staff is an absolute MUST.

Saturday is a good day for meetings with your dispatch riders. It can be twice a month.

Here are a few reasons why:

- It helps to keep everyone informed with what's happening at the office or any changes being made.

It serves as a bonding session.

It helps in feeling the pulse of your staff and knowing the issues that are affecting their work.

It is a good way of giving performance feedback to encourage staff.

We can go on and on....you get the message right. Take out 30minutes to 1hour a week to meet with all your staff this week.
