FAST, CHEAP AND RELIABLE

Genuine question. Is it really possible to be FAST, CHEAP AND RELIABLE while remaining profitable?

By saying cheap, does this mean cheaper than the average market price? When you say fast, does this mean you will not follow the natural geographical order for your pick ups and drop offs? When you say reliable are you saying you will meet up with your 'fast' deliveries without a tyre puncture or other form of delay?

We have always wondered how a company can guarantee a combination of these consistently. Do you offer fast, cheap and reliable deliveries? How does one offer timed deliveries as a standard and at lower prices. If it is a market penetration strategy, okay but doing it consistently?

What are your thoughts on this? Let's hear from you in the comments section below.
